This class is made up of body conditioning, traveling movements drills, intricate floor progressions, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness.
Attire: Knee pads, pole wear (arms and legs should be covered with something fitted and that will not stick to the floor; you can wear booty shorts underneath if you like). Yoga mat required. Layers and socks recommended.
pole strong & flexy
If you put in the work, your results will follow. Cross training off the pole is the key to accelerating your goals and avoiding injury. It takes hard work, commitment, and consistency to level up and make pole look effortless.
