STUDIO OWNER + INSTRUCTOR
Passionate, Energetic, Playful, Empowered
WELCOME TO PULSE POLE! My incredible team and I are so happy to have you.
It is my PASSION to motivate people. I encourage students to have fun and feel empowered through music and movement. I’m all about dancing it out - I like high-energy, beat-driven sequences just as much as moody, in-my-feelings freestyle.
Some of my playlist faves include: Metallica, Massive Attack, Eva Under Fire, Rain Paris, and old-school gems like Destiny’s Child and Pussycat Dolls.
I’ve been taking pole since 2012, teaching since 2014. Pole has influenced other fitness formats that I teach - and vice versa - providing me with a constant source of joy and inspiration.
“Pole is my go-to for mood-boosting, confidence-building, and bonding with some of my favorite people.”

Alessandra
Instructor
Supportive, Strong, and Inspired
Alessandra started teaching Pole in 2012. She loves the physics behind it and how every move and every trick can be scientifically explained through the energy and forces that keep our bodies in motion. She’s a proud Pole Nerd!
But don’t let that fool you. She can suddenly turn into a freestyle goddess. Her mood will dictate her music choices, so rest assured you will find yourself dancing to all the beats, maybe even within the same class! Musicality is her middle name!
She loves all genres: Pitbull, Massive Attack, Tiësto, Florence & The Machine, Pearl Jam, The Cranberries, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Foo Fighters, Sean Paul, JLo, Avicii, Masters at Work, Swedish House Mafia, Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, Daddy Yankee, Shakira, Beyoncé, Linkin Park, Eminem, Jay Z, Little Louie Vega, Kenny Dope, Kaleo, Bon Iver, Sam Smith, Queen, Limp Bizkit, Blink 182 …. for real, we can’t list them all!
This Polerina is mama to two little pole monkeys, who you might spot climbing in our studio every now and then. If she is not on a pole, you’ll find her playing with her kids, or selling aircraft parts. Yup, she is a boss lady in the aerospace industry!
“No matter where you are on your pole journey, I will be here to cheer, support, and celebrate with you. The empowerment, camaraderie, and inclusivity of Pole are what make this sport so special - you can feel it as soon as you step into our studio. Pulse Pole is my second home, my second family, and my village. Come see it to experience it!”

Andrea
Instructor
Soulful, Lyrical, and Brave
Pulse Pole's first student, Andrea has been poling since 2020 and teaching since 2022. Pole initially was a check off the bucket list and a cool workout, but she fell in love with the sport and art form as she learned how to express herself through movement, finding herself unexpectedly stronger every time she was in the studio. She loves that there isn't "one way" to do pole and there's an option for every person and every body to truly make pole their own.
Andrea started teaching after Amy coerced her with glitter, enthusiasm, and smiles, but genuinely loves giving back and supporting her students along their respective pole journeys.
What's on her playlist? Dreamcatcher, Chung Ha, Little Mix, Bad Omens, Lindsey Stirling.
"As someone without a dance background and stage fright, I was really hesitant to do more than tricks, much less perform in front of a crowd. I legitimately felt like an awkward duckling when it came to choreography. Through pole and the support of this community, I have been able to find my own personal style and fluidity, building my confidence along the way. Before I knew it, pole had become an integral part of my life, a safe space, and a way to express myself when the world is too much."

Kathy
Instructor
Sensual, Powerful, Confident, and Free
Kathy started poling 17 years ago and has been teaching for 16 years. She loves that pole is for anyone who has an open mind. She can dance like no one's watching all while being good to her body and pushing herself to grow in ways she never thought possible. It started as a workout, then a passion, then a side hustle and now it's a practice and part of who she is.
She loves showing students the art of the possible — changing their mindset from "I can't!" to "I can't believe I just did that!" followed by screams, a victory dance and high fives. It never gets old.
What’s on her playlist? Pitbull, Rihanna, Prince, George Michael, and Christina Aguilera.
“As a mom, wife and corporate sales executive, I could find a hundred reasons why I don't have time for me. But whenever I have needed to come back to myself, I come to my pole and remember how strong, capable and beautiful I am. My kids have grown up around my passion and see it as their mama's superpower. I couldn't ask for a better form of therapy or creative outlet. As long as my body will let me, you'll find me playing tricks until the end of my days!”

Fun, Encouraging, Easy-going, Bringing sexy back
My favorite thing about pole dancing: watching my students find their inner, sexy confidence and realizing they are amazing on and off the pole.
My playlist includes: Rihanna, Britney Spears, Kesha, Lady GaGa. Radiohead, Marilyn Manson, Metallica, Thirty Seconds to Mars, Hozier and always a cover-song or two thrown in for fun.
About me: 16 years ago, I had just given birth to my second son and I was lost. I didn’t recognize my body or myself and went looking for a way to get back to feeling like ME. I stumbled across pole dancing and never looked back. I’ve been a pole fitness instructor since 2010, teaching through 2 additional pregnancies (yes, you can pole while pregnant!) and have had the time of my life meeting some of the most amazing/strong women – and now lifelong friends - in my classes. When I’m not teaching, I’m a full-time working marketing director/mom of 4, marathon runner, and Ironman. Pole has always been my gift to myself. It reminds me that no matter what kind of day/week/month I’ve had – I’m a strong, intelligent, sexy woman that can do some pretty badass things!
