Intro to Pole
New to pole fitness? Start here! Learn the basics, such as how to strut with confidence and execute beginner-friendly spins, dance moves, and floor work. We recommend that you take 3 Intro classes before progressing to Level 1.
No experience required.
Pole Level 1 is the next step in your pole fitness journey. In this 12-week course, you’ll progress through new spins, transitions, and choreography all while increasing strength and flexibility. Explore new heights - literally! - by dancing in heels, learning to climb, and trying out spin pole! By the end of Level 1, you will have a full repertoire of spins, moves, and floor work to put on display.
Pre-requisite: 3 Intro to Pole classes.
Pole Level 1
These classes teach aerial combos, flow transitions, and advanced inversions. Students may use both static and/or spinning poles.
Pre-requisites
Level 2: solid climbs, one-handed spins, outside/inside leg hangs.
Level 3: Chopper, combos e.g. Butterfly-Flatline.
Level 3.5: Ayesha, aerial invert, shoulder mount, brass monkey.

Spin Pole all levels
Revolutionize your life on this rotating pole. Conquer your body by regulating your breath and equilibrium all while spinning in the air. Learn creative ways to travel up and down the pole, as well as how to control your speed while maintaining your flow. Learn how to execute moves you already know and explore new ones on spin pole!
Pre-requisite: Experience with basic spin pole moves.
Get your body strong, limber, and ready for the next phase of your pole journey. Half dancing and half stretching, this class is designed to enhance your overall practice and experience.
Pre-requisite: some Level 1 or equivalent experience.
Pole Dance & Stretch
If you’ve got the fundamentals of dancing on pole heels and you want to elevate your pole choreo skills, then this is the place for you yo expand your dance vocabulary.
In this class, you will be cross-trained in various styles of pole choreo including Edgework, slow flow, spin pole choreo, contemporary/lyrical, hardstyle, tango pole, jazz funk, RussExo, Strip Plastique, socks choreo and more.
You will learn one choreography per month where you will get in-depth coaching on developing clean lines, anatomical adjustments, character development, stage presence, intermediate/advanced transitions & trick breakdowns.
Pre-requisite: Proficient in inverting, pirouettes, and one-handed spins. Mastery of basic pole heels and floor work skills.
Tip: If you have no dance background and you want to progress towards this class, take at least 3 months of Heelwerk Academy.
int./adv. Flow & Choreo
This class focuses on building a strong, sculpted pole dancer's physique. It involves exercises both on and off the pole, targeting specific muscle groups used in pole fitness. Develop the necessary strength and endurance to perform spins, tricks, and transitions effortlessly! Props provided (weights, resistance bands, blocks). Please bring your own mat.
Pre-requisite: some Level 1 or equivalent experience.

Get ready to ignite the dance floor with Latin Flow, a pole choreography class designed to bring the passion and energy of Latin music into your pole journey! This class centers around learning a sizzling, high-energy choreography to a popular Spanish song, blending smooth, sensual exotic moves with bold, dramatic flair. The class is perfect for dancers with some experience in heels, as you'll be gliding and flowing through turns, spins, and sensual movements. Bring your heels, knee pads, grip, and water!
Pre-requisite: some experience dancing in heels.
LATIN FLOW POLE CHOREO
Beginners: Learn how to perform amazing moves on the aerial hoop! You'll learn basic techniques, build strength, and become more flexible. No experience is needed—just come ready to have fun and try something new!
Intermediate/Advanced: This class builds on fundamental skills, focusing on longer sequences, dynamic movements like rolls and drops, and techniques that use the entire hoop, including the top bar and spanset. Students are expected to have a solid command of basic moves and to possess significant grip and core strength. Pre-requisite: minimum of 3 Lyra classes.
Please wear or bring leggings.

Choose your apparatus: pole or aerial hoop! Come prepared to work on spins, moves and hangs you already know - no new instruction provided. Class will include a floor warm-up and cool-down.
Pre-requisite: min. 3 Intro to Pole and/or Lyra for Beginners classes.

Get your heart rate up with with dancing, stretching and conditioning, on and off the pole. Yoga mat recommended. Heels optional.
Pre-requisite: Levels 1 and up.

This open pole-style class offers practice time to perfect whatever you're working on: spins, climbs, or inverts. Receive tips and feedback in a collaborative, supportive learning environment! Class includes warm-up and cool-down.
Pre-requisite: Minimum of 5 Level 1 classes. Not for brand-new beginners.
pole power hour: Levels 1+
Set your sights on spinning pole in this introductory class. This beginner spin pole class will go over core differences between static and spin.
Pre-requisite: completion of Pole Level 1 or equivalent. Must have a solid climb.
beginner Spin pole (levels 1+)
Explore and expand on moves like Chopper, Leg Hangs, and Butterfly in this tricks class.
Pre-requisite: solid invert to Crucifix (no-hands hold).
intermediate pole tricks (LevelS 2+)
This class is designed to introduce dancers to the foundations of exotic pole dance, with a focus on basework, floorwork, and on/off-pole transitions. Each week builds upon the last via themed units that develop control, confidence, and artistry in heels. Students will explore how to transfer weight, pivot, and glide with intention while connecting movement seamlessly from floor to pole. 👠 Heels and knee pads mandatory.
Pre-requisite: completion of Level 1. (Not for beginners).
