Intro to Pole
New to pole fitness? Start here! Learn the basics, such as how to strut with confidence and execute beginner-friendly spins, dance moves, and floor work. We recommend that you take 3 Intro classes before progressing to Level 1.
No experience required.
Pole Level 1
Pole Level 1 is the next step in your pole fitness journey. In this 12-week course, you’ll progress through new spins, transitions, and choreography all while increasing strength and flexibility. Explore new heights - literally! - by dancing in heels, learning to climb, and trying out spin pole! By the end of Level 1, you will have a full repertoire of spins, moves, and floor work to put on display.
Pre-requisite: 3 Intro to Pole classes.
Pole Levels 2-3
These classes teach aerial combos, flow transitions, and advanced inversions. Students may use both static and/or spinning poles.
Level 2 pre-requisite: solid climbs, one handed spins, and outside/inside leg hangs.
Level 3 pre-requisite: Mastery of Level 2 or equivalent, e.g. aerial inverts.
Spin Pole
You will revolutionize your life when you jump on that rotating pole. Conquer your body by regulating your breath and equilibrium all while spinning in the air. You’ll learn creative ways to travel up and down the pole as well as how to control your speed while maintaining your flow.
Pre-requisite: Mastery of Level 1/comfortable with climbing.
Get your body strong, limber, and ready for the next phase of your pole journey. Half dancing and half stretching, this class is designed to enhance your overall practice and experience.
Pre-requisite: some Level 1 or equivalent experience.
Pole Dance & Stretch
In this pole choreography class, you will learn dance technique, musicality, exotic drills for different levels tailored to grow your current skills, and flow transitions to expand your exotic vocabulary. Exotique will boost your confidence in freestyling and show you how to incorporate details in your movement to elevate your choreo and empower you with commanding stage presence. Modifications will be given for experienced beginners and advanced dancers. You will master one full choreography per month.
Pre-requisite: This class is not for absolute beginners. If you have zero heels dance class experience, then look for our pop-up Beginners Heels workshops.
exotique Flow & Choreo
Liquid Motion® is an open level class that utilizes dance theory, natural organic movement, and the Liquid Motion® techniques and fundamentals to build a proper foundation for floor work. This class is made up of body conditioning, traveling movements drills, intricate floor progressions, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness. Attire: Knee pads, pole wear (arms and legs should be covered with something fitted and that will not stick to the floor; you can wear booty shorts underneath if you like). Yoga mat required. Layers and socks recommended.
No experience required.
liquid motion
Liquid Motion® Pole does not teach traditional pole dancing; it teaches movement with, on, and around the pole. This class will teach you how to remove the boundaries of what the industry catalogs as polework, basework, tricks, and more. We are going to give you a new and abstract approach to how you move with the pole and everywhere in between.
Attire: pole wear and knee pads. Yoga mat required.
Pre-requisite: minimum of 3 Intro to Pole classes.
liquid POLE
This class focuses on building a strong, sculpted pole dancer's physique. It involves exercises both on and off the pole, targeting specific muscle groups used in pole fitness. Develop the necessary strength and endurance to perform spins, tricks, and transitions effortlessly! Props provided (weights, resistance bands, blocks). Please bring your own mat.
Pre-requisite: some Level 1 or equivalent experience.

Get ready to ignite the dance floor with Latin Flow, a pole choreography class designed to bring the passion and energy of Latin music into your pole journey! This class centers around learning a sizzling, high-energy choreography to a popular Spanish song, blending smooth, sensual exotic moves with bold, dramatic flair. The class is perfect for dancers with some experience in heels, as you'll be gliding and flowing through turns, spins, and sensual movements. Bring your heels, knee pads, grip, and water!
Pre-requisites: some experience dancing in heels.
LATIN FLOW POLE CHOREO
Beginner: Learn how to perform amazing moves on the aerial hoop! You'll learn basic techniques, build strength, and become more flexible. No experience is needed—just come ready to have fun and try something new!
Intermediate/Advanced: This class builds on fundamental skills, focusing on longer sequences, dynamic movements like rolls and drops, and techniques that use the entire hoop, including the top bar and spanset. Students are expected to have a solid command of basic moves and to possess significant grip and core strength. Pre-requisite: minimum of 3 Lyra for Beginners classes.
Please wear or bring leggings.
Lyra: beginner & int/adv
Choose your apparatus: pole or aerial hoop! Come prepared to work on spins, moves and hangs you already know - no new instruction provided. Class will include a floor warm-up and cool-down.
Pre-requisite: min. 3 Intro to Pole and/or Lyra for Beginners classes.
open hang
Get your heart rate up with with dancing, stretching and conditioning, on and off the pole. Yoga mat recommended. Heels optional.
Pre-requisite: Levels 1 and up.

Take your lunch break with us! Get off your desk chair for a bit and enjoy this open pole-style, power-hour of a class. Includes guided warm-up and cool-down.
